Modern Pool Remodel & Structural Rehabilitation

Project Details

Project Description

This project involved the full renovation and structural rehabilitation of a residential swimming pool over 15 years old. The pool showed signs of structural wear, minor leaks, outdated hydraulic systems, and an obsolete design. The objective was to restore structural integrity, improve system efficiency, and modernize the pool’s appearance to match the surrounding property.

Scope of Work

The scope of work covered a complete transformation of the existing swimming pool, addressing both structural and functional deficiencies while upgrading the overall design. The project included repairing and reinforcing the concrete shell to restore its structural integrity, replacing the entire hydraulic system to eliminate leaks and improve water circulation, and installing modern, energy-efficient filtration and lighting equipment. In addition, all interior finishes and coping were removed and replaced with new, durable materials selected to improve safety, longevity, and visual appeal. The final scope also included full system testing, chemical balancing, and commissioning to ensure the pool was fully operational and optimized for long-term, low-maintenance use.
